I'd love to capture all of the fun and emotion of your amazing wedding in an relaxed, candid and creative way. Beautiful photographs without spending your wedding day posing for the camera. From the champagne fuelled preparations and emotional ceremony, right the way through to the fun of the speeches and the crazy dance moves. Your family and friends are such a big part of your day that I recommend to my customers that they put together a small list of essential group shots so that we can get photos of the most important people at your wedding whilst not taking over your day. We will of course take a moment away from all of your guests to get some photos of just the two of you too. 

I always bring an assistant to make sure your group photos go as smoothly as possible. Having two photographers for the busiest part of the day allows us to get more candid photos of your guests enjoying themselves and helps us more photos of just the two of you together in a shorter time, getting you back to your guests quicker!

When does our coverage start? Bridal preparations!

Our day starts off getting all of your bridal detail photos to show off your amazing dress, shoes and flowers. As the Champagne starts to flow we'll capture all of the fun!

The main event! Wedding ceremony

The ceremony will be covered as discreetly as I can so as not to distract you both. You'll barely even know I'm there! There will be no flashes and my cameras silent. I will however get a quick posed photo of the newlyweds once they have signed the register.

The day passes so quickly! Candid moments

I want to capture all of the fun that you and your guests will be having as the day unfolds in front of me. I’ll be quietly taking photos of all the laughter and special moments of the day.

Family and friends. Group shots

It's essential to get a few groups of family and friends on the day. If possible a big group shot of everyone too! I recommend to my couples that they choose 8-10 group shots so that we can get them done efficiently and with minimal impact on your day. We want you guys back having fun and mingling with your party guests as soon as we can.

Our short time together Couple photos

We will have gotten to know each other a little better by now and we will have already have had our pre wedding shoot together a few months prior. That all makes this bit so much easier! In as little as 10 minutes we can create some special images of the two of you together.

The party Speeches and dancing!

As the speeches are ongoing we'll be capturing the top table and all of the reactions from the crowd too. When the party really kicks off and the dancing starts we'll be capturing all the action for the first three dances!

Why would we want a pre wedding photo shoot? I hate getting my photo taken!

I want you guys to feel at ease in front of the camera on your wedding day so that you can be yourselves and enjoy your day to the fullest. The pre wedding photo shoot allows us to get to know each other and see how the whole process works. We can meet up some where special to you both and just go for a walk, catch up with your wedding plans and get a few relaxed photos along the way.

I had my pre- wedding shoot back in Aug and I hate being in front of the camera however Jonathan made me feel very comfortable and it was as though he wasn't there. Couldn't recommend Jonathan enough - he has an amazing talent and is a lovely guy. We weren't keen initially about doing a pre-wedding photo shoot as we were a wee bit camera shy and felt awkward about it but Jonathan made us feel at ease and doing the pre-wedding shoot made it so much easier on the day of the wedding! Our photographs for both pre-wedding and wedding were fantastic and very natural and we didn't even know he was there half of the time. We also received our photos very quickly.
